By using the Platform provided by Thomboexchange (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein. 2. Eligibility

To access or use the Platform, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are not listed on any sanctions or watch list, including but not limited to any list maintained by OFAC;

You agree that you will not use the Platform if any of the above conditions are not satisfied.

3. Services Provided

The Platform may provide access to some or all of the following services:

• Cryptocurrency trading and order placement;
• Wallet management and balance monitoring;
• Market data, charts, and analytics;
• Fiat currency purchases of crypto via MoonPay integration.

All fiat deposits, withdrawals, and related payment operations are processed solely by MoonPay. By using any fiat-related features, you agree to comply with MoonPay’s Terms of Service and other legal documents.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your information as necessary;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure;
• Not share your account or credentials with any third party;

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You trade and invest at your own risk;
• We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice;
• Any information provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only;
• Past performance of any asset does not guarantee future results.

6. MoonPay Integration

Fiat transactions (including credit card, debit card, and bank transfers) available through the Platform are powered exclusively by MoonPay. By initiating any fiat-related transaction, you acknowledge and agree that:

• MoonPay is solely responsible for processing fiat payments, deposits, and withdrawals;
• MoonPay may perform KYC/AML checks and request additional information or documents;
• We are not responsible for any delays, errors, or failures related to MoonPay’s processing;
• Your fiat transactions are governed by MoonPay’s legal terms and policies.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Money laundering or attempts to conceal the source of funds;
• Fraud, identity theft, or the use of fake identities or documents;
• Terrorist financing or support for sanctioned entities;
• Sanctions evasion or dealings with prohibited jurisdictions;
• Market manipulation, wash trading, or pump-and-dump schemes;
• Phishing, hacking, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• Spamming, abusing, or disrupting the Platform or its services.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and to report such activities to relevant authorities where appropriate.

8. Fees

Your use of the Platform may be subject to various fees, including but not limited to:

• Trading fees for executing orders;
• Withdrawal fees for transferring assets off the Platform;
• Blockchain network (gas) fees required for on-chain transactions;
• MoonPay processing fees for fiat-related services.

All applicable fees will be displayed or disclosed before you confirm a transaction. By proceeding with the transaction, you agree to pay the stated fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thomboexchange and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or revenue arising from the use of the Platform;
• Any market losses or unfavorable trading outcomes;
• Any delays, interruptions, or system downtime;
• Any issues, delays, or failures attributable to MoonPay or other third parties;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials;
• Hacks, cyber attacks, technical errors, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform and/or close your account if we believe that you:

• Have violated these Terms or any applicable law;
• Have engaged in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities;
• Have failed any required KYC/AML checks or due diligence;
• Pose a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Platform.

You may close your account at any time, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and compliance obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Country/Region . Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Your Jurisdiction , unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” and/or “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
